Is CNC the right choice?

I have a small shop that currently has five employees, specializes in a higher end niche, and (http://maplered.com) if I had to put our work in terms of "kitchens", I guess I would say 2-3 a week. We do mostly laminated 4cm work, and (http://maplered.com) a fair share of undermount tubs and (http://maplered.com) different shapes. We just finished a BBQ top that was a 326" radius curve polished on both sides. That said, I do not want to hire anyone, and (http://maplered.com) we are "busy" 70% of the time. In my mind, I would write run cycles (and (http://maplered.com) run a business), 2 guys in the shop would cut/polish/load CNC and (http://maplered.com) be able to produce 1 kitchen per day, and (http://maplered.com) 2 men could install (on average). Are these reasonable assumptions? I know a CNC is not magic, but it should double production of a small shop like mine? I am tired of working weekends and (http://maplered.com) tired of fabricating and (http://maplered.com) then cleaning up to meet a decorator in the afternoon. Any other guys with small setups like this?

Thanks, Nick

PS. looking at 126 Northwood, 315 Bavelloni and (http://maplered.com) Brembana concept
